Organization
An organization has many forms. Sometimes it is an edifice, sometimes it is a set of principles that binds together a group of motley individuals, sometimes it is a structural hierarchy that defines positions and obligations of individuals, sometimes it is an invisible but omnipresent soul that shimmer like a guiding light.
Organization is pervasive. It exists at personal, family, social, cultural, economic, political, local, regional, national, continental and international level. An organized individual, manages his resources effectively, has a planned approach to life. As a result his life is well sorted out. An organized family, is often harmonious, with every one of its members fully aware of the dos and don’ts, the what(s) and when(s). The same applies to a society at large. An organized society is often a prosperous and harmonious one.
An organized nation often begets, disciplined, dutiful and dedicated citizens leading it to newer heights of prosperity and progress. At the international level, organization leads to global co-operation and harmony. From the grass root to the largest level, the art of organization helps humanity extract the most, out of the least.
Yet, organization has its limitations too. It is one of the strands that leads to progress and prosperity, by no means, it is, the only one. A balanced approach that judiciously weighs all the important factors, would be the best foot forward.

संगठन

संगठन एक समूह है जो किसी खास उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए बनाया जाता है।
संगठन भिन्न-भिन्न क्षेत्रों के हो सकते हैं ;
जैसे- धार्मिक, राजनीतिक, शैक्षिक ,सामुदायिक, आध्यात्मिक, वैधानिक इत्यादि।
धार्मिक संगठन( हिंदू युवा वाहिनी), राजनीतिक के अंतर्गत (भाजपा, बसपा ,कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ),शैक्षिक संगठन के अंतर्गत (विभिन्न विद्यालय, विश्वविद्यालय), वैधानिक के अंतर्गत (आर.बी.आई , योजना आयोग) और आध्यात्मिक के अंतर्गत (प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय) आदि आते हैं ।

जिस संगठन का निर्माण जिन उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए होता है वह उसी कार्य में संलग्न रहते हैं जिससे उनके लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति संभव हो सके। संगठन में व्यक्तियों के बीच परस्पर संबंध संरचना पाई जाती है।
इसका आशय यह कदापि नहीं है कि भीड़ एक संगठन है क्योंकि भीड़ का कोई सामान्य उद्देश्य नहीं होता।

मानव एक सामाजिक प्राणी है। मानव का जन्म ,विकास और अंत समाज रूपी संगठन में होता है। हम बिना संगठन के जीवित ही नहीं रह सकते। परिवार सबसे छोटा सामाजिक संगठन है। मानव की प्रगति या अवनति संगठन पर ही निर्भर करती है।

अतः वर्तमान समय में हम जिस भी संगठन से जुड़े हो उसके प्रति अपनी निष्ठा और लगन से काम करें और उसे सफलता की ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाएं।
