Devotion

A poet is often a devotee of his pen,
A sensitive soul, he is often plagued by such feelings
That remain incarcerated in the trenches of his heart,
Although unvoiced, they relentlessly urge him,
For emancipation, for dissemination,
Through such agony, his heart learns to resonate,
With all the souls that grieve.
He then picks up his pen
And releases all that he had held back, hitherto,
Finally on paper.
Like a magic wand his words connect all hearts.
His pen does not belong to him,
He belongs to his pen,
Such is his devotion.

Giving your importance
Giving that love
Giving the respect
Ya sure it is tough

But even this is tough
You are giving with smile
Giving your whole time to somebody,
Whom you loves too much and never agile

Giving your life
Hand over your soul
Making your day night their day night
And giving your thinking whole

Making them your only support
And giving your all thinking and thought

This is called devotion
That is not only a notion
It is the love for somebody
In which you give all your stops and motions….

ढाई आखर का ये शब्द अनूठा ,
खिलखिला उठता है जब देखता है कोई दर्पण ,
स्वीकारो प्रिये ..
ये शब्द है तुम्हें समर्पण ।

यह स्वर जब गूंजे कहीं धरा पर ,
तब रोमांचित हो उठता है कण-कण ,
स्वीकारो प्रिये ..
ये शब्द है तुम्हें समर्पण ।

खुशबु जब छोड़े ये सब ओर ,
तो महक उठता है यौवन ,
स्वीकारो प्रिये ..
ये शब्द है तुम्हें समर्पण ।

हताश जब भी हो कोई मन ,
तब उमंग भरे ये प्रति-छण ,
स्वीकारो प्रिये ..
