लोहड़ी

आग जलाए लो, रौंगत से मिलो,
लोहड़ी का त्योहार, खुशियों का संग लेकर आया है।

धूप चढ़े चमक, सूरज बैठे अंग,
मुश्कानों का खज़ाना, हर दिल को बहुत से रंग लेकर आया है।

संगीत की मिठास, नाचों की राह,
उड़ती रहे आपकी रूह, जीवन को नया रूप लेकर आया है।

लोहड़ी का दीपक, संजीवनी देने वाला,
हर मुश्किल को पार कर, आपका मनोबल बढ़ाने वाला आया है।

उगा रहे खेतों में रंगीन फसलें,
आपका सपना हकीकत में बदलने का समय आया है।

लो आ गया लोहडी
का त्यौहार,फिर याद
आये गुजरे वार,जब
कितना कुछ भूले हैं
हम,की इस दिन कितना
कुछ खोया है हमने,
जब उड़ रही थी आसमॉं
में खुशी की पतंगे तब
बहुत रोया है हमने।

A flame which brought warmth was doused
That wave of spirituality and laughter got dispersed
A circle of unity and prosperity was broken
And that faith of elders wavered…
After this world got infected by a virus

Lohri…
Which was a festive to gather and enjoy
Which gave a reason to sing and rejoice
Which tied the generations together and
Which burnt the evil and darkness within us every year…

I love Lohri festival bcz this is the season of harvesting the crops
This festival brings lot of joy and happiness in farmers the farmers face will be filled with happiness this happiness is priceless
I feel that when the farmers are happy then there is no scarcity of food in the world

This festival is celebrated with the traditional bonfire people’s gather together folk songs are sung and danced around the bonfire also sacrifices all the bad thoughts in the holy fire which indicates the purification of soul.

विषय – आया लोहड़ी का त्यौहार

आया लोहड़ी का त्योहार ,
लाया खुशियों का भंडार ,
पहला त्यौहार है यह साल का ,
जश्न और बहार का ,
सारे गिले – शिकवे भुला कर ,
आग जलाकर , चक्कर लगाकर ,
पूजें लोहड़ी , मगन गीत गाएं ,
मिलजुल कर सब खुशियां मनाएं ,
कोई नाचे , कोई ढोलक बजाएं ,
एक – दूजे को गले से लगाएं ,
मूंगफली रेवड़ी स्वाद बढ़ाएं ,
फुल्ले , गजक भी भर – भर लाएं ,
लोहड़ी की आग में सारे दुख जल जाएं ,
सब मिलकर खुशी के गीत गाएं……
