Career or family

कटती नही है जिंदगी काटनी पडती हैं…
अपने हिस्से कि खुशिया भी यहाँ सबमें बाटनी पडती हैं…

घर बनाने के लिए घर से हि दुरीया बनानी पडती हैं…
अपनों के लिए अपनों की ही नाराजगीयाँ सहनी पड़ती है…

चाहे भरा हो टॅलेंट जमाने भर का,
पर घर संभालने के लिए यहाँ सबको नौकरी करनी पडती हैं…

पूजाली…

When my fears were not seen
When my tears dried unwiped
When my sobs of crying dampened
And my pain became my routine,
I saw those stars twinkle and shine…

When my confidence was crushed
When my care no longer valued
When my inner child was killed
And my compassion got injured,
I saw that sky got darker…

When I was alone in my corner
When I lost my image in the mirror
When I fell and cried alone in horror
And I was beaten by my own honour,
I saw that night got longer…

“आजीविका या परिवार”

ये जीवन है जनाब, यहां हालात संभालने पड़ते हैं,
वक़्त के साथ चल,अपने किरदार निभाने पड़ते हैं।

जीने का रस्ता ये,दो राह एक मंजिल नहीं पा सकता,
दिल पे पत्थर रख,या अपने या सपनें चुनने पड़ते हैं।

कुछ के हक़,कायदे,नियम अलग लिखे क्यूँ ईश्वर ने?
उसे अपनी हालत-औकात देख सपनें बुनने पड़ते हैं!

बेमतलब की दुनिया हे ये, तू अहसान कहाँ ढूंढ़ रहा?
यहां ख़ुद सही होकर भी,ग़लत के ताने सुनने पड़ते हैं!

वक़्त के साथ ना चल–ना बदल पाया समझ हारा तू ,
यहां सही समय पर हर सवाल के जवाब ढूढ़ने पड़ते हैं।

यूंही कहां आसान जीवन जीना और मरना “सिद्धार्थ”
यहां जी ते जी ही अच्छे-बुरे दोनों दिन देखने पड़ते हैं।

आजीविका या परिवार

मेरा कुछ सामान लौटा दो

प्रिय माही,

काम करने में मैं इतना व्यस्त रहा,
पता नहीं चला कि मैं उसको खो रहा ,
जो मेरी हमसफ़र थी,
जिसने रात में दिया जागकर मेरी बातें सुनी थी,
क्या वो भी अपने जीवन में व्यस्त है या मेरा इंतज़ार है उसको ज़रा,
कभी कर लूँगा बात में उससे ज़रा,
फ़िलहाल तो उसको दुआ भेजता हूँ मैं,
क्या उसको मेरी आहट का पता चलता है कि यहाँ हूँ मैं ,
आगे बढ़ गई वो दोनों आजीविका और परिवार कहीं बसा तो नहीं लिया उसने,
रोज़ पढ़ता हूं मैं उसकी लिखी वो नज़्में,
जीने की वजह मेरी कहीं और है अब,
क्यूँकि बात नहीं सुनने की कसम खाई है मैंने अब,
मेरा कुछ सामान लौटा दो,
वही मुस्कुराकर वो तीन शब्द कह दो,
क्या वो भी अपने जीवन में व्यस्त है या मेरा इंतज़ार है उसको ज़रा,
कभी कर लूँगा बात में उससे ज़रा….

Career or family

No matter how worst situation we deal or face in our life our family members will support us and encourage us

I feel choosing career never be burden when we share our feelings towards our goal and career to our parents as a good friend
Because our parents want we to see us in good position only
I strongly trust that when we give our 100%in our work to achieve our goal those actions will speak louder than us by seeing our efforts towords our passion our parents will not say No to our passion or career and I strongly trust distance never separate any relationship over career Parents and career are symbiotically associated.

Family or career I can’t choose one,
They are two sides of the same coin,
Family is a necessity, a constant source of love and care,
While a good career help us achieve our goals and desires.

When we are settled and future is bright,
Family is the first to bless and set things right,
They lower our pressure and calm our fears,
Also boost our composure through all tears.

It’s a success or failure they are always by our side,
They never judge in fact are there to guide,
Family or career interdependent they stand,
Together make us feel proud and self-confident hand in hand.

We get maximum exposure and can live life the fullest ,
The heart is also at peace and happiness,
So lets embrace both to make life lived fair,
As family and career make a perfect pair.
