She was afraid of being touched by him…
She was afraid of him trying to touch her lips…
She wanted to stay away from him…
She was scared of him, for he tried to touch her butts…
He was her uncle… He was the one who taught her tuition…
She was frightened for he used to touch her back, around her neck, cheeks and everywhere to make her feel uncomfortable…
She couldn’t say anything because she didn’t have words to explain what she felt..
It used to happen when no one was around..
She could only say that she didn’t want to go to his place for studying…
She faced child abuse and could never come out of that nightmare…
Now all she have is fear, hatred, anxiety around men.. And pain that still hasn’t come out in front of anyone… This all is now buried deep inside…
She is now afraid of facing this, of saying to herself also. .

Gripping fear,
Makes you freeze in place.
As you look through the peephole,
At the unknown face.
Screaming won’t help,
No one can hear you.
Oh foolish child,

Your fear feeds my hunger.
That is why I’m alive.
You’re overactive imagination,
Is the reason I thrive.
You may feel, hear
Or even see me.
You may ask yourself,
If you’ll ever be free.
The day you realise,
I’m not real,
Is the day,

डर
किसी को खोने का डर
अपनों से दूर होने का डर।
कोशिश करें तो हार जाने का डर
जो हार मान ले तो कभी ना पाने का डर, ख्व़ाब देखें तो टूट जाने का डर।
सच हो भी जाए तो गवाने का डर
ज़िन्दगी से हिर जाने का डर
आखिर इस डर से दिल क्यों डरता है।
जब के एक डर ही है, जो हर हाल में साथ होता है…

घनघोर घटा जब गरजे,
गौरी का जिया जाए धड़क।
डर के मारे दौड़े सिरहन,
पिया से गौरी तब जाए लिपट।
मूसलधार बरसे सावन,
तड़पा जाए उर बार-बार।
डर लगता कहीं ना हो जाए,
धरती पर बिजली का प्रहार।

Darr(story- A scary date)
Once I had a friend who was very introvert he never talked with anyone neither he had any girlfriend he always avoided girls.
He opened his heart to me once as he came for counseling, he told me once he was a cheerful and desperate person he was searching for a love and hence went to a date with hot girl he met on a dating site.
She came wearing a red dress and was looking hot and tempting he was very excited for her they talked for hours and midnight she invited him to her house.
He was excited but embarrassed at the same time after reaching home she became silent and looked in his eyes 👀 with wide eyes suddenly he sat on sofa nearby he told me he became so mesmerized with her eyes as if she was hypnotising him and suddenly his body started to become stiff he felt as if his soul is about to leave him and by chance he saw a mirror nearby exposing her hairs full of snake 🐍 tantacles he panicked he wanted to run but due to his stony body he managed to look aside and he ran saving his life , he still thinks was she Medusa? Don’t know but yes now he cannot trust any girls.

बे नाम सा डर
मुद्दत से आदमी का यही मसअला रहा है
डर, खौफ़ ग़म ए जाँ का सिलसिला रहा है
मिलते है हम रोज़ ही मानिंदे दोस्त मगर
दिलो में परसा हुआ हर दम हौला रहा है
मंज़िल कहाँ दूर थी बस दो चार क़दम
दरमियाँ जो फासला था फासला रहा है
गुज़री है ज़िन्दगी तहफ़्फ़ुज़ में जिसके
मुख्तलिफ खौफ़ ओ ख़तर का मरहला रहा है
तूने कहा था मुड़ के न देखना कभी “लईक़”
हमवार देखने का भी कब हौसला रहा है

मन में एक डर है ,
ना जाने वो किधर है,
जब वो आता है ,
दिल सिहर जाता है,
बहुत कुछ जो है नहीं,
उसको सोच के मन घबराता है,
जितना मोह बढ़ता जाएगा
उतना ही डर मन को खायेगा
खोने का डर,पाने का डर,
क्यूं भटके तू मंजर मंजर,
अपनो के दूर जाने का डर,
खुद से न मिल पाने का डर,
जीवन में डर, डर में जीवन,
मन काटे है भय में जीवन ,
इस डर को कैसे दूर करें,
जीवन को न मजबूर करें,
जो होगा देखा जाएगा ,
ऐसा कह कर डर दूर करें।
