Is honesty so overwhelming?
Isn’t hiding and lying more precarious?
It doesn’t cost you much to be honest…
To be real, to be yourself….is it that difficult?
What are you trying to shield, dear human?
You choose to shield or mask something
Only when you know that it’s not righteous
Or someone might cause harm if they come to know about a good thing
You choose to hide that good thing
The fear of getting exposed…the fear of revelation is daunting you more I guess….

Choose being real…
It will shower you with genuine smiles
More contentment
More tranquil
More balance….

ईमानदारी
ईमानदारी की पथ पे चलकर
बेईमान शहर आ गाये
जिन्हें लगते थे, अजनबी, पराये
उन बेइमानों को हम भा गए।

ईमानदारी की जीत होती है, फिर भी न जाने क्यों?
राह बेईमानी का भा जाता है, न जाने क्यों ?
बचपन की सिख वो कहीं खो गयी
जवान होते ही नींद में सो गयी

आज भी आंखों में आंसू आ जाते हैं
जब आखरी जीत ईमानदारी को पाते हैं।
जब आखरी जीत ईमानदारी को पाते हैं।
चलो मिलकर फिर एक इंक़लाब लाते हैं
बेईमानी को मिटाकर, ईमानदारी का दीपक जलाते हैं।

हो ये मानव के रग रग मे शामिल ,
रिश्तो के कपड़े तु ईस से ही सिल |

हर काम तु शुरू ही इसके बलबुते पर कर,
कामियाबी की हर सीढी तु चढ|

खुद के प्रति भी हर बार दिखा ईमानदारी,
खुशी से कर अपने जीत की तैयारी |

इमानदारी से हर रिश्ते निभाए हैं हमने
हर अपने को.. अपनाया है.. अपनों सा..
कुछ अपनी ख्वाहिशों को छोड़ आए चौराहे पर
इक खूबसूरत सा जहां भी बसाया है सपनों का

उम्मीदों के पूल बांधे, इज्जत से राहों को सजाया भी
इस दिल को साफ पवित्र कर हर इक पे प्यार लुटाया भी
झोंक दिया सबकी खुशियों की खातिर उन खुशियों में खुद को रिझाया भी
भूल कर पिछली रंजिशें सारी, हर रिश्ते का मान निभाया भी

बस इक ख्वाहिश बची है जो तुझसे है मुझे इतना सा हक तो दोगे ना
मेरे ये रिश्ते जो कि तुझसे हैं, उन रिश्तों में शामिल मेरे संग होगे ना
साथ छोड़ना नहीं इमानदारी का मैंने, तुम थामे रहना  हाथ मेरा
तुम्हें पता है गिरने होंगे कई बार, मेरी हिम्मत बन दे दो साथ तेरा..

Honesty
This word has a deep meaning. This is a very impactful word which impact on others as well as on ourselves. We should be honest at least for ourselves this will be having a positive effect, the way we’ll do our best for achieving our dreams not to show others. Before taking any action with others after thinking how we’ll feel when someone will do with us will make us honest automatically.
Honesty is in everyone’s but it gets hide due to some unwanted thinking. Tryna be cool then we’ll live a honesty and peace filled life.

Honesty

Honesty is the way to win people’s hearts
Without honesty, trust can’t be built
The bitterness of this world is that honest people are not valued
That forces the people to become dishonest
In the world, no one is perfectly honest
Because being honest hurts you more
that is unbearable
This world pushes to became dishonest
In family we fear from scolding , so we don’t tell the truth
In school also for getting rid of scolding of teachers , we lie
This shows we start dishonesty from the childhood
I am also not truly honest
That’s the fact in today’s world
It is said correctly that
“Honesty is the best policy”
But it’s regretful that fewer people adopt this
We all get trapped in this world’s web
Be always honest , this justifies yourself

ईमानदारी

मान-सम्मान, प्रतिष्ठा और विश्वास;
ईमानदारी के फलों का सार।
नहीं बने महल तो जरूरी है क्या?
रहने को कमरा काफी तो है यार।
छल-कपट झूठ धोखाधड़ी सी;
पड़कर जिनमें नींद आए न सुकूं सी।
मत कर नुमाइश झूठे दिखावे की,
या सत्य को झुठलाने की;
नज़ाकत में दिखती तेरी ईमानदारी;
किसी और‌ से न सही,
खुद से तो वफ़ा रख।
ये मुख़्तसर सी ज़िंदगी;
जहां हम चंद लम्हों के मेहमान;
मुसव्विर है तू अपने चरित्र का,
दरीचे से मुंसिफ़ कोई तुझे देख रहा;
नायाब है इख़्लास तेरा,
यूं न इसकी तौहीन कर।
तवक़्क़ो रख खुद‌ से,
सीरत को फ़रेब से न यूं बर्बाद कर।
मयस्सर होगा इक दिन तेरा जहां,
अपने इख़्लास की हिफ़ाज़त कर।

ईमानदारी

हर शब्द का अर्थ होता है,अलग
निर्भर ये करे हर व्यक्तित्व,अलग
दूसरों से अपेक्षित ईमान हो तो,
पहले ईमानदारी तेरे ईमान मे हो
जो भी कर्म कर्ता तू चले,
ईमान उस हर पथ पर बढ़े
ईमानदारी के इस उदेश्य पर
खुद की परख तू करते रहना
जीवन की इस भुलभुलेया मे
चाहे दुनिया तुझे कहे गलत
तू खुद्से ईमानदारी हर वक़्त रखना।।
