वैवाहिक बलात्कार: सच्चाई या अंधविश्वास?

हरबार औरत का अधिकार छिन उन्हें रुलाया गया हैं,
जब 2 उठी सच्चाई की आवाजें तब 2 दबाया गया हैं।

तेरी हाँ में हाँ है, फिर बता कैसे उनकी ना में हाँ हुई?
कुछ दर्द-आँसू को देख पल्लू के पीछे छुपाया गया हैं!

मत पूछ हैवानों की करतूत पापों के बारे में इनसे तो-
सिर्फ जिस्म को नहीं उनकी रूह को भी सताया गया हैं!

इंसान नहीं दिखेंगे यहां तो हैवानों का ही राज हुआ!
अब तो लाज़ शर्म बेच इंसानियत को जलाया गया हैं!

आदमी कभी न बता पाये औरत ने क्या 2 सहा होगा?
ये दर्द मानों उनके वज़ूद-पहचान को दुखाया गया हैं!

इस जन्म में कैसे पापों से मुक्ति मिलेगी कहे “सिद्धार्थ”
क्यूंकि इंसान से इंसानियत को भी कहाँ बचाया गया हैं!

In India domestic violence is a big problem, because when our home can’t be the place where we can live happily, feel secure and relaxed then what is the point of having a home without peace. This is nothing but a jail and the people live there sentenced for doing no crime and its affect the human psychology as well as the children cognitive evolution who live in that house.

Marital rape is one of the most prominent manifestation among the domestic violence. It is based on the act of forcing your spouse into involving with sexual Intercourse without the the wife consent. This is the way that a man imposed his power and authority to his wife. They think that being a woman they don’t have any rights on there body and the sick mentality that these kind of men have that after marriage a woman is nothing but an object that a man can force them in any activity without their consent.

According to National Family Health Survey (2019-2021), among married women ages 18-49, who have suffered sexual assault, 83% name their present spouse as the offended, Globally, more than a hundred government have made marital rape illegal, although India still struggling to do the same.

Marital is not the myth it is the truth of our society. Truth of the women who suffered because of their abusive husband. It is the truth of the system of marriage which failed to make understand people that marriage is not only about physical intimacy. It is the truth that shows the discrimination against women that exist in the era of digitalization and AI.

Rape and Marital Rape

The lines are divided and both have different types of level.

Rape is normally done by anyone on any one including neighbour , relative or complete stranger. The pain and surprise and mental health and physical abuse is too much for any person under this situation.

But marital rape is very difficult to manage and prove. Especially in our country where man has rights over wife’s body by law. Yes, our law says that married person has rights to consummate the marriage by engaging in physical activities. While most women have no issues with normal behaviour and love and affection, the force used by husband is rape. Force is used without consent and without considering the situation and consent of the wife should be considered rape.

Hope the law will change soon. We have heard about so many stories on this issue, in many cases husband uses force to control the wife or just give the feeling that he is the owner and superior.

It’s more in the villages and with a lady who is not much knowledgeable or educated but also happens in cities too with both the persons well educated and respected in the society.

I think it’s a state of mind to show superiority. But times are changing and hope things will be better.
