Politics/राजनीति

युगों से राजनीति की शुरुआत घरों से ही हुई,
यह तो बस कलयुग में नेताओं का सरताज हैं,
धर्म पर चलने वालों का जीवन,
आज भी राजनीतिक षड्यंत्रों से बर्बाद है।

वनवास तो आज भी होते हैं,
दिखावे का लोग आज भी रोते हैं।
कलयुग में भी लोग अपनों की ही तरक्की से जलते हैं,
इसलिए अब लोग स्वैच्छिक अज्ञातवास में रहते हैं।

समय बदलेगा युग बदलेंगे,
राजनीति अपनी चरम सीमा पार कर लेगी,
तब एक स्वस्थ और सुलझी राजनीति एक नए युग में जन्म लेगी,
और फ़िर एक बार राजनीति से ही युगों का अंत भी होगा।

POLITICS- NOT JUST FOR POLITICIANS
We often think politics is just one game,
Played in Parliament, always the same.
But look around- it’s everywhere, my friend,
With twists and turns that never end!
Let’s start at home, where power resides-
In family politics, where strategy hides.
The mother-in-law? She’s the HOME MINISTER, bold,
Not even a fly dares to enter uncontrolled!
Then there’s the daughter, sharp and sly,
The INTELLIGENCE MINISTER with a watchful eye.
She spies, she reports, she stirs the plot,
And somehow never gets caught!
The father -in -law is the FINANCE CHIEF,
Counting the costs, both joy and grief.
And the daughter-in-law -law? With pride and flair,
Assumes the PRIME MINISTER’S CHAIR!
(She might not rule…..but she’s always there.)
Who says politics is just for leaders in coats?
Try surviving a family lunch- you’ll need votes!
Step into offices or schools, and you’ll see,
Politics thriving – wild and free.
The boss or the principal? Oh, they’re well aware,
With a secret bureau snooping everywhere!
Reports are filed, gossip is gold,
For perks and promotions, stories are sold.
Yet we still claim, with innocent tone,
“Only politicians play politics”-oh please, we’ve all got our own!

कुर्सी की है दौड़ बड़ी,
हर चेहरे पर एक मुखौटा।
वादों की है झड़ी लगी,
सच का दिखता छोटा लोटा।
जनता बैठी आस लगाए,
कब बदलेगी यह माया?
नेताजी तो भाषण सुनाएं,
अपनी ही गाते हैं वे गाया।
पाँच साल की यह कहानी,
फिर वही पुराना किस्सा।
राजा बदले, रानी बदले,
पर दुख वैसा का वैसा।
