Women Empowerment

Women Empoweremnt:
The phrase needs to be redefined. Empowerment is for those are not up to the mark. Already women are in power, then why empowerment? I think the phrase should be Empowerement of Women Empowerement!! Sounds crazy, but still thats what it really mean!!
Many people without gender bias speak a lot about this topic. But, in my point of view, why we need to discuss Women empowerement as a special topic? On one side, we are speaking of gender equality, on another side we keep raising the slogans for women empowerement.
Firstly, everyone need to understand this
“Women are also human beings like men, the characteristics of women and men may differ in all the aspects, those are two different zones and why we need to equate them?
Is 2=3? then why and how Men= Women?.
Next time, when you speak of women empowerement, remember that two different things can never be equal!! That difference makes them beautiful!!!

IS THIS NOT A CRIME?
In today’s time A lot of things are going on in our society
Lot of teenagers take drugs and they get anxiety

Planning, Theft, corruption, murder, all this is common
This is on everyone’s lips and and mind, like numbers roman

Can we not raise our voice against our country?
Children are born Then it is like criminals

And here , When a girl is born she will get
raped
It’s feel like as a bird has been
trapped

Why??Can’t we do anything to stop this crime?
Crime is spreading day by day like a rubber slime

She gets taunts at her in-laws..if the girl is ugly..
Day by day she still looks like a flower
Bugly..

Even if the girl is Georgeous too she is still not safe
Neither is it open openly nor can she go to the cafe

If any boy proposes to her then she refuses and then!
Shocked Headlines are coming about acid attack ! Oh When ?

Then it seems looks like as if being a girl is a crime
After closing the case the crime remains just a rhyme

If you want to take care of your girls then take the step
Like the talents you showcase.. For too crime to Rep

This world, this society is not going to work like this
Keep the girl safe, Respect the girl ,the girl is a bliss

Women Empowerment
It is being said when a man is educated,he only takes individual responsibility but when a woman is educated she educated the people around and the generations.Then,why we don’t want to send them to school.We should give equal and fair opportunities to bothe men and women.We should create a safer environment for girls and women’s at workplace and given equal pay for equal Empowering them by awakening them about the necessity of education and it’s great extent .There must not gender bias and discrimination
We learn to respect woman from our surrounding I have seen my father and grandfather respecting my mother and grandmother. It is not taught to me , I have inherited it. Respecting woman means taking a step forward in nation building.
I am a girl
l am a daughter,I am grand daughter
I am a sister
I am a wife
I am a mother
But I am a women
I have given you life ,then why don’t you let me live peacefully without any fear in my mind.Empowering a women is more important than anything else.Be a supportive man and also thank the women behind you ,who takes care for your every need.
