Justice delayed is Justice denied

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

When there is a long wait in the path of justice, it becomes equivalent to injustice. When someone suffers wrong, they hope for justice. But if that justice is delayed, the pain they have endured deepens even further.

When legal processes become lengthy and complicated, the person in need of justice starts to drift away from their rights. They wait, but each passing day brings new suffering. The purpose of law is to provide timely justice so that individuals can move forward with their lives. However, if this legal process slows down, the value of justice diminishes.

The delay in justice from the courts signifies that we have failed in our responsibility. The aim of the law is not just to punish but to provide justice. If justice is delayed, it ceases to be justice and becomes another form of oppression.

Justice delayed is justice denied
Yes,we can say that because till the court comes to the decision, the person who has committed crime will escape. Being, related to law,I relly feel that justice is delayed and this delayed justice leaves behind great impact on the lives of the victims family and on the victim if alive.
The law says, ibi jus ubi remedium means where there is a right ,there is a remedy .There are a lot of remedies in the law even now in the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanghita ,there is a seperate chapter dealing with offences against women. But the main problem is that in the evidence collection and investigation it takes too much time as the result of it justice is delayed which is considered as justice denied.Fewer of the people gather courage and approach to the court ,but when the justice is delayed they loose their hope of getting justice and felt broken. There are a lot of pending cases in the courts and people are in search of justice .But ,it has been taken on a serious act and throught the amendments or from the enacted law,the court is trying to provide the justice early. The people whoever institute a suit against anything on the hope that they will get justice for their loss. And if the justice is delayed ,their hope gets smashed .We can see this in the Kolkata case which is going on ,it’s first time that supreme such big decision and further assigned CBI and national task force for the further investigation and submission of the report .People consider that justice delayed is equal to injustice, that’s really true because we loose our hope by seeing the offender moving freely from our eyes and justice gets delayed which seems to injustice or the justice denied for us.

Justice delayed is justice denied

Life asks for justice,
But with no limit of time.
Well that creates armistice,
Between the heart & lifetime.

We forget people’s treatment,
& how they brutally respond.
However, their abandonment,
Is what that makes them conned.

We need to make them feel,
That they have lost the diamond.
By asking a justice deal,
& being a time bound cautioned.
