Rab ne bna di jodi/रब ने बना दी जोड़ी
When their families met for the first time, their eyes met across the room and both of them looked down shyly.
While preparing for the wedding, both of them were shopping with their own families, but often thought of each other.
During the wedding ceremony, they were too caught up in the rituals to talk to each other.
When the celebrations were done and everyone else had gone home, they looked at each other properly for the first time.
“Hi.”
“Hi.”
They were feeling awkward and didn’t know how they would get used to living with each other for the rest of their lives.
1 year later
“How did we get here?” He asked, her head on his shoulder while he painted his wife’s nails.
She smiled. “Maybe we’re just meant to be.”
It doesn’t matter how they met. If they’re meant to be, they’ll always find a way to each other.

सब कहते हैं जोड़ियां तो उपर से
बनकर आती है
कौन जाने किसका साथ किसके लिए है
रब जहां में जितनी भी जोड़ियां बनाता है उसकी अलग ही एहमियत होती है,,,,।
पर जिससे दर्द में सुकून कि जोड़ी बनाता है
वो सबसे अहम और अज़ीज़ है
कहते हैं खुशी तो सभी बांट लेते हैं
ग़म बांटने के लिए, आंसु बहाने के लिए कोई कन्धा मिले तो अलग ही नेहमत होती है,,,,,।
कुछ को तो हम चुनते हैं
और कुछ हमें चुनते हैं
जो हमें चुनते वो बहुत खास होते हैं,,,,,।
अजियत से भरे इस जहां में उस एक का साथ पुरी दुनिया की खलिस को भर देता है
जोड़ी बनाते वक्त रब भी बहुत
खुशी होता है
सबको अपने हक का प्यार देता है
हर नए रिश्ते को एक नयी पहचान देता है,,,,।

आज चढ़ गया मैं घोड़ी
मेरी रब ने बना दी
देखो जोड़ी माता पिता ने
चुनना आज उन्हें मेरा जीवन
साथी बांधकर सहरा लेकर
बारात शादी के बंधन में बंध
जाऊंगा लेकर फेरे सात
बजेंगे देखो ढोल नगाड़े उनकी
सुंदरता देखकर शर्मा जाएंगे
सारे तारे
नयी जिंदगी का आगमन खुशी से
भरा है मेरा मन।

फ़िर भी तेरी बातों का मुझ पे होता ख़ूब असर दिखता है।
