Responsibility

Responsibility Life is a journey, we must take the lead
Make choices, and plant the seeds we need
Nurture our dreams, and let them grow
And take responsibility, as we go

We must own our actions, and face the day
Do our best, and find our way
Our choices shape us and define our path
And help us grow, with each step and aftermath

Let’s walk with purpose, and heart aglow
Take responsibility, and make our lives glow

Resposibilities

Liability, Obligation, Stewardship,
Are all the synonyms,
Of responsibility.

From day to night everyone is
Doing their duties,
As a mother, as a father, as
A sister and a brother.
As a student we are studying,
Day and night,

As mother we are taking
Responsibility of every lives,
Taking the resposibilities,
Of our family,

Is a huge accountability.
That’s so easy to give advice,
But difficult to do,
At the same time.
But at the end we have to take
All the responsibilities,
When a challenging
Situation
Approach to us,
Suddenly.

ज़िम्मेदारी

हर इक शख्स को निभानी है अपनी-अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी
मुसीबत कितनी भी आ जाए चला दो तुम उसपर आरी
अगर ज़िंदा है ज़मीर में तुम्हारे खुद्दारी
जहां जीत लोगे तुम उठाकर जहां की ही ज़िम्मेदारी
दुनिया में हर इक चीज़ बेवजह नहीं है
सभी पर है किसी न किसी की ज़िम्मेदारी
कोई उठाए बोझ परिवार का
तो कोई लिए है बार्डर पर सेना की ज़िम्मेदारी
किसी ने अमीर बनकर
तो किसी ने गरीब बनकर उठाई है ज़िम्मेदारी।

जिम्मेदारियां ।

दूर हूं अपनों से इस आश में
शायद मेरा आज उनका कल सवारेगा
नींदों को सुलाकर रातों को जगाता हूं
ताकी ख्वाबों का परिंदा अनंत से पुकारेगा
तोड़ कर अपने सपनों को एक धागे में पिरोता हूं
खुशियों की आहट को भी उम्मीदों की ‌‌तृणा से धीरे धीरे भिगोता हूं
मैं जानता हूं कि हौसलों की उड़ाने पंख भिगोने नहीं देतीं ………..जिम्मेदारियां सोने नहीं देती

आंखे बंद करूं तो सपने दिखते हैं
हां उनमें भी मुझे अपने दिखते हैं
मां का सिर पर हाथ फेर कर कहना
बेटा थक गया है कुछ आराम कर ले
पिता की उम्मीदों का विश्वास मन में भरता हूं
मां का स्पर्श तो अब सिर्फ महसूस करता हूं
मैं चाहता हूं रोना पर याद सभी की रोने नहीं देतीं………..जिम्मेदारियां सोने नहीं देती

ख्वाहिशें सपनो को जगाती हैं
बचपन की यादों का एहसास करातीं हैं
मंज़िल की चाह ने बहुत कुछ छीना है
अपनापन,खुशियां से परे अब तो सिर्फ़ जिम्मेदारियों तले जीना है
तकलीफों में अपनों का साया कौन नहीं चाहता है
दबी ख्वाहिशों को बंद झरोखों से बीता कल बुलाता है
खुद के सपनो को हकीकत के धागे में पिरोने नही देतीं………..जिम्मेदारियां सोने नहीं देती

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities are often defined by gender
In a patriarchal world, they take root and grow,
From the moment a girl is born, she is burdened
With caring for siblings, whether old or young.
It is an unspoken rule that she must serve
Every guest who crosses her door,
She must help her mother
With the never-ending household chores.
Her share of education or food
Is sacrificed without even a second thought,
She stands in for the family maid,
No questions asked & no battle fought.
Bearing the weight of cultural traditions
That falls silently upon her shoulders,
Even if faced with scornful words,
She must endure and not grow bold.
In the name of her family’s dignity,
She bears every insult with grace,
Acting like a voiceless creature
When sacrifice calls in marriage’s space.
We speak of responsibility,
But why is it only hers to bear?
Why must she be the one to leave
Her home, with burdens to share?
Why are household chores her domain?
Why can’t she express her thoughts freely?
Why must she uphold family values?
In silence even when treated cruelly?
Why is she expected to ask
For permission from father and brother,
Even if she is the elder
Of that brother and in her power?
Why do we see her cry, not fight,
When her self-worth is harmed and shattered?
Why is she portrayed as an ‘ABLA NARI’,
And not as ‘DURGA’ who stands bold and tattered?
Maybe to teach future generations
To silence their voices &keep themselves unheard,
Therefore, responsibilities weigh heavily
In this patriarchal world.

Responsibilities
Everyone have their responsibilities and it’s their duty to fulfill these responsibilities.
Farmer’s responsibility is to grow grains for us
Doctor’s responsibility is to treat their patients irrespective of their caste or any other reason.
Policeman responsibility is to catch thief
Judge responsibility is to grant justice without any discrimination.
Mother’s responsibility is to care for her children and their belongings
But as daughter -in law her responsibility is to take care of her mother in law and father in law .
As a wife,her responsibility is to take care of her husband and help him in his work.
As a daughter her responsibility is to take care her parents and family.
As a granddaughter her responsibility is to help his grandparents to do their work.
Responsibility of father is to take care of his children needs .
From the sunrise to sunset ,everyone residing on the earth have their responsibilities to do .
A single person is binded with different professions and relations needs to fulfill their responsibilities.
