वृंदावन का कान्हा
यशोदा तेरा कान्हा, मंद – मंद मुस्काए,
गोवर्धन पर्वत को उंगलियों पे नचाए।
कृष्णमय संसार , राधामय जीवन बना,
वृंदावन की धरती को स्वर्ग बनाए।
बंसी की धुन गूंज उठी हर क्षण,
कान्हा का दृश्य हो मन दर्पण,
गोपियों को छेड़ें, खेले नए खेल,
मन- तन – धन सब हो समर्पण।
वृंदावन का कान्हा, नटखट गोपाल,
बिन तेरे धरती – अंबर सब कंगाल,
तू जो समाए मन मंदिर में,
हर मानव हो जाए मालामाल।

सावन बीता भादों आया यमुना तेरी गोद में कान्हा जी की पालकी
सम्भालो! सम्भालो! दही की हाँडिया, आयी कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी !!
झूमें गोकुल नाचे नगरी और नंद गायें जय कन्हैया लाल की
धीरज धरें देवकी मैया,अंक लिए माँ यशोदा और हो गयीं..लीलायें..बृज धाम की !!
माथे पे चंदन,पंख मयूरा, कंठ पे सोहे..झलक.. वैजयन्ती माल की
माखन मिश्री तोहे चखा के कान्हा, बन जाऊँ अहिरिन मैं गोपाल की !!

A huge storm,
The roads filled with water.
That’s how he came into this world,
The people’s protector.
Adored by all,
He was the apple of their eyes.
Everyone was thankful,
He came into their lives.
He broke pots,
And ate everyone’s butter.
His mesmerizing smile,
Made the gopikas’ hearts flutter.
With a peacock feather,
Stuck in his hair.
And a wooden flute,
Enchanting everyone there.
He fought off demons,
with his bare hands.
On top of Kaliya’s head,
He merrily danced.
He went to war,
With his evil uncle.
Through it all,
He stayed humble.
Even to this day,
He protects us from harm.
No one can escape
Lord Krishna’s charm.

कृष्ण कृष्ण करता है मन
हर वक्त हर जगह
पुकारता है मन
अब सोते हुए भी
सिर्फ दिखते है कृष्ण
उलझने इतनी है कि
खुशी हो या दुख
हर वक्त हर जगह
पुकारता है मन
धन्यवाद आपका हमेशा करूंगी
अब तो आंखे बंद होते ही

Friendship that’s beyond all the differences
It’s you who always comes to my mind.
From guiding one to making sensible justice… From protecting a lady from being exploit
It’s you who always comes to my mind
Whose mischievous acts are also remembered and worshipped by all
Whose sense of justice is talked by all
Whose luck of having two mothers is praised by all
I wish that Krishna a happy janmashtami.
