She found herself In the writer of her class..

She found herself in the naughty ones…

A bit of her existed in the talkative ones…

She found herself in the sincere ones…
In each student she ever taught she left her personality in him/ her… And saw herself in her learners everyday.. ❤

That’s how a teacher saw herself growing up… That’s how she relived her childhood and school days. 🤗

Blessed Bharti.
( A teacher since last almost 10 years.)

THANK YOU, TEACHERS!

One rainy day, and one sweet hour,
In a classroom made of sweet and sour,
With sweeter pals held in chairs galore;
And the sweetest man on the lecture floor!

Too much sweetness? I guess so!
That’s how we’ve come to grow!
When our teachers framed such amusing rides
To explain stuff- good steady and slow.

Someone, who instills a vivid insight
And helps end all the serious strife
We end up brewing, in course of time,
Over things that count well and heavy in life!

What does it take, to make such ‘guide’?
Mere knowledge and power, gravity and pride?
It takes much more than it apparently seems,
To ‘earn’ that name, that love- far and wide!

We’re blessed with, luckily, such merry spirits-
Who care wearing all that sprightly charm,
And shower us with their outright love,
And a homely treat- so sublime and warm!

“What ‘LOVE’? THEY PUNISH!” Well, that’s very true,
Whenever they’re truly displeased with you!
And when your troublesome tricks cross a line,
The corridor punishments are just as fine!

They ‘hate’ to scold, its crystal clear.
They ‘hate’ to infuse some grievous fear.
But rest assured- once you mend your flaws,
The hesitant harshness ought to disappear!

They hold their students so close to core-
They’re people we can’t sufficiently adore!
A buoyant sail, that in worrying waters,
Bears our load of life ashore!

A heart of gold, and a silver soul-
That paint within us, a shimmering sketch;
And bring it to life, With touch of ‘color’;
And black and white? Oh! sure, you wretch!

We might as well fall short of words,
To say what teachers mean to us;
And as inadequate as it might seem-
We still thank you for everything!

Let’s hold our ‘guides’ in high esteem;
We have their hearts- any happier place?
And on this eve of Teacher’s Day,
Let’s all put on a happy face!

(I am a teacher
I know what it takes to become one
Do not be judgemental friends , every one mellows down somewhat and a kind hand they extend )

But I totally agree
That, a teacher is almost a second mother
When children are in school
She has to nurture , cajole , communicate even reprimand
If needed , as a part of teaching tools.
A teacher is like a lighthouse
Enlightening developing minds
Children are to be moulded
With several tactics strict , lenient or kind.
A teacher touches the chords
Of children big or small
They are ‘gurus’ for a major chunk of our lives
Though l feel that
Learning never ends
The more you imbibe
The more your knowledge thrives.

Teachers Day

A girl of 15 years,
Who scored above 80% in her 10th,
Was eager to enjoy,
Her last two years in school with her friends.

On the first school day came a teacher,
Who didn’t know her at all.
Made a comment,
That left her appalled.

Throughout the year,
The girl tried to stay strong.
To pick herself up,
And prove her teacher wrong.

But the teacher seemed to have,
An agenda of her own.
And she made sure,
The seed of insecurity was sown.

This insecurity only grew,
More and more,
As the girl who used to score an 80,
Now only scored a four.

The girl stopped smiling,
And enjoying life.
The glow slowly vanishing,
From her eyes.

Her mother found out,
And understood her pain.
She talked to the principal,
But all was in vain.

After that year,
The girl changed schools.
Found a better one,
Far from a person so cruel.

Then came another teacher,
Who looked so kind.
The girl, though didn’t show it,
Was scared in her mind.

She didn’t want to anger her teachers,
Didn’t want them to hate her.
She minded her own studies,
Didn’t let the facade tear.

But the teacher, she soon discovered,
Was nothing like the other.
She helped ignite her drive,
Never making the girl feel like a bother.

She was patient and understanding,
Her teaching a blessing.
It felt like the girl found her purpose,
Found something she’d been searching.

Now, she’s thankful,
To her teacher,
Who took the time,
To teach her,

That not every one of them,
Is unpleasant and vile,
All it takes from them,
Is one genuine smile.
