बेरोजगारी
कुछ मेहनत से पीछा छुड़ा रहे हैं,
कमजोर बनकर दिन बिता रहे हैं।
शायद जीने का मकसद भी भूल गए हैं वो,
इसलिए देश के नागरिक होकर भी वो बेरोजगारी दिखा रहे हैं,
जिंदगी को जीने के बजाय ऐसों आराम में काट रहे है वो,
केवल आज का आराम देखकर अपने कल को बिगाड़ रहे है वो,
शायद काम से जी चुरा के,मेहनत करने से डर रहे हैं वो,
इसलिए बस पंखे में लेटे लेटे आराम में दिन गुज़ार रहे हैं वो।
कुछ आज के खेल खेल में अपना लक्ष्य ठुकरा रहे हैं,
जीवन की सफलता का सार भूल कर,मस्ती में दिन बिता रहे हैं वो।
शायद बुजुर्गों की मेहनत को मिट्टी समझते हैं वो,
इसलिए कर्म को भूलकर,किस्मत को बदलने का तरीका अपना रहे हैं वो,
अच्छाई में भी बुराई को खोजकर समय का सदुपयोग दिखा रहे हैं,
बस यही कुछ नागरिक हैं जो देश को विकासशील की श्रेणी में ला रहे हैं,
ओर खुद को बस बेरोजगार बता रहे हैं,
देश मे लाचारी को जन्म देते हैं वो,
लेकिन कुछ हैं जो देश को खून पसीना एक कर के उन्नतिशील भी बना रहे हैं।

INDIAN EMPLOYMENT
I’m actually confused about what to write, as unemployment in India is greater than the employment ratio. However, India holds the first rank is the largest democracy of the world, along with a huge domestic market to feed on. In general terms, employment means being employed with a paid job. It can be any relationship between two parties, which might be a corporation, for profit, not-for-profit organization, co-oprative or any other entity, in the form of salary or wages. Employees get motivated by remuneration, promotions as well as initiatives. Narendra Modi stated, “No country has such an opportunity as India to create jobs with human capital and abundant natural resource.” India was boasting of the best employment outlook among all the countries with Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana besides Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Shramev Jayate Karyakram.
Nevertheless there are numerous opportunities, still there is unemployment. It is so because of increased population growth, slow economic development, failure of small industries, lack of interest and efforts in new businesses. Unemployment and under-employment are the utmost hindrances in the path of India and according to the Indian Government, 31 million Indians are jobless. Schemes like National Career Service Scheme, National Rural Employment Programme and Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana are still in progress and will take time, however, illiteracy can trigger the rate of unemployment.
This time the COVID-19 virus continued to wreak havoc across the world, as the number of infections and deaths rapidly rose, which brought a lot of challenges and irreparable damages not only to life but also to our minds. It has affected psychologically and financially too. This pandemic has snatched away the employment of many. Although the number diseased is more than 8.2 million, the economic impact is more vast, unconvincing businesses and the employees of almost every industry. Government had launched several initiatives to provide aid for payment and forgivable loans to small-scale industrialists to keep his employees on the payroll. What about the poor shopkeepers and local vendors, they’re jobless during the lock down, how tough and healing would have been their days with minimum savings and almost no income. So we should try to start up some sort of a local business, in case of unemployment and to overcome it. Also, education and training experience must be given to students from school days itself to make India prosper.
