How hard it is to say NO

ना कहना सिख लो |

मंजिल के हर रास्तों पर पत्थर हमे मिल जाए,
कभी कभी गलती ना होने के बावजूद भी झुकना हमे क्योना पड जाए|

स्वाभिमान हटाकर प्यार की रस्सी से हम पहाड ही क्यो ना चड जाए,
साथी के साथ नहीं उसके पिछे ही जिंदगी भर खुशी से रह जाए |

प्यार, भरोसा, यकीन नहीं जब जरूरत हम उसकी और मजबूरी वो हमारी बन जाए,
तब सच मुच कह देना चाहिए कि ‘ना ‘अब हमसे और ना हो पाए,बस अब हमसे और ना हो पाए|

ना कहना भी आना चाहिए

हर समय हर काम के लिए हां नही कह सकते
कभी कभी ना भी कहना आना चाहिए
हर समय हां कहना संभव नही होता
ये एहसास भी करा देना चाहिए
कभी कभी स्थितियां अनुकूल नही होती
अपनी परेशानी को भी बताना आना चाहिए
कभी तन साथ नही देता कभी मन साथ नही देता
अपनी ना कहने की वजह भी बता देना चाहिए।

No
How hard it is to say NO
To stand firm on the ground,
And utter the word NO.
Due to the undue demands,
Imposed by society,
Or to accept the physical limitations,
She is born with.

Society’s expectations, family’s responsibilities,
In that, she lost her identity.
It was so hard for her to say NO
As she loved them the most.
And always ready to serve,
Going beyond her limitations
And never saying NO.

But the day she learned to say NO,
She was labeled as bold and outspoken,
And abandoned by her family,
she loved the most.
Where did she go wrong,
She thought repeatedly.
So, she taught her reflection,
Never to say NO,
And thus, the story went on….

ना कहना सीखना होगा

ना कहना सीखना होगा
तुझे अपने जज्बातों को
जो वक़्त बेवक़्त तेरी आँखों में उतर आते हैं

ना कहना सीखना होगा
उन ख्यालों को
जो बीच मंझधार तुझे तन्हा कर जाते हैं

सीखना होगा अपनी हर गलतियों से तुझे
कि यहाँ मुआफ़ी की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं

अब ना कहना सीखना होगा
उन सारी कड़वी बातों को
जो हर बार दिल को तोड़ छलनी कर जाते हैं
