ईश्वर दर्शन का सर्वोत्तम अध्याय है
ध्यान से होती चिताएँ क्षीण है
जीवन की तस्वीर बनती रंगीन है
ध्यान दुनिया का एक खूबसूरत किनारा है
अश्कों से बचने का साहारा है
ध्यान बुद्ध की इनायत है
सुखमय होने की कवायद है

God had designed and created to work on this planet,

Which tries us to steer towards God.
If we are patient enough and lucky to connect
We will undoubtedly be awed.

It calms the turmoil within

The power of meditation is amazing,
Where the soul remains tranquil for minutes;
And the body relaxes slowly,
Thereby procuring a path of positivity.

It is an exercise where a miracle happens,
With the mind feeling fresh,
Where the world is free from anxieties,
Thereby fetching happiness from it.

The calmness of our mind,
Awards the strength within us to fight;
And to focus on the daily goals,
Thereby gaining positive results from it.

Where one can connect with God;
Bringing the trust on oneself,
