Why is adjustment expected out of girls
Why’s the weight of adjustment on girls to bear,
I’ve asked this question It’s only fair,
From my mother and others, answers they’d bestow,
“Society demands it,” the response they’d throw.
But ponder, my friends, and you shall see,
It’s placed on those who should be truly free,
From birth, she’s denied her rights, we must renew,
Food and knowledge, opportunities too few.
She sacrifices for the family’s favored son,
Even fighting to be born, the battle’s just begun,
If educated, she’s seen as a threat, it’s clear,
If she’s vocal and strong, criticism she’ll hear.
Though times have changed, progress we’ve found,
The girl’s fate in adjustment is still bound,
At every stage, she’s used, her dreams denied,
In the name of adjustment, her aspirations belied.

उल्लेखो में लिखा,
उन लेखो में कहा।
स्त्री की दशा को,
सभी ने लिखा।।
किताबो में लिखा,
संविधान में कहा।
मगर फिर भी उसको,
ओहदा न मिला।।
आरक्षित भी किया,
सम्मान भी दिया।
मगर फिर भी उसको,
नीचा देखना ही पड़ा।।
जिम्मा उसका उसने,
अपने हाथो में लिया।
मगर फिर भी उसको,
दहेज देना ही पड़ा।।
पढ़ाया लिखाया,
कमाई का साधन बनाया।
मगर चूल्हा चौका,फिर
उसी से कराया।।
कोख से उसी की,
संसार भी बनाया।
मगर फिर भी उसको,
नीचा ही दिखाया।।
नियम की नही,
सोच की जरूरत है।
लिखने की नही,
बदलने की जरूरत है।।

हर बात को
हर ज्जबात को
सहती है स्त्री
हर अरमान को
हर ख्वाब को
दफनाती है स्त्री
सहते सहते सबकी बात
एक दिन हार जाती है स्त्री
आखिर किस बात का है बदला
जो थी कल तक अपने घर मैं रानी
क्यों बना देते हैं ससुराल मैं उसे नौकरानी
उसे पढ़ने दो
आगे बढ़ने दो
वो भी नाम रौशन करेगी
सफलता का परचम लहरायेगी
जब बेटी पढ़ेगी
पूरे समाज के साथ देश को आगे बढ़ाएगी
हर दम वो क्यों सहे
हर वक़्त व क्यों मायुस रहे
कुछ तो बदलाव ले आओ
सुनो तुम कुछ बेटों को भी समझाओ

WHY IS ADJUSTMENT EXPECTED OUT OF GIRLS ONLY….
Is that only women are expected to adjust throughout their lifetime?are men expected not to make compromise!
It is said that due to modernisation,education and better job opportunities the position of women has drastically improved in our society.
I have observed that in most of the cases the women only are compromising and adjusting with the new situation in their life time to time.whether it is adjustment after the marriage or after the birth of the children or in the workplace environment,women have to accommodate a lot to keep the things in good shape.
Situation has improved drastically now women are given respect like men in their family.
But still they have to sacrifice more than men.At homes if they are working they are suppose to make food and take responsibility of the kids more than what a husband takes.also she is more responsible for household works but that’s wrong when both husband and wife are working then why should wife only be help responsible for this all .
